Headlight & Taillight Tint PPF THL30 Lumex

TeckWrap THL30 Lumex is a high-performance smoked headlight and taillight protection film designed to enhance the appearance of your vehicle while maintaining safe light output. It delivers a deep, aggressive smoked finish without compromising visibility, making it a practical and stylish upgrade.

Unlike traditional tint films, THL30 is based on TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), combining visual transformation with real protection. It shields headlights from scratches, road debris, UV exposure, and environmental damage while preserving clarity over time.

With a balanced 30% light transmission (VLT), the film provides a noticeable darkened effect while still allowing sufficient light output for safe driving conditions.

Key Features:
- Thickness: approx. 180–200 μm
- Width: 0.4 m
- Warranty: 3 years
- Finish: smoked (30% VLT)
- Material: TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane)
- Self-healing: heat-activated surface that removes minor scratches
- UV resistance: blocks up to 99% of UV radiation
- Durability: high resistance to yellowing, cracking, and peeling
- Flexibility: excellent stretch and conformability for complex shapes

The top layer is equipped with a heat-activated self-healing coating, allowing minor scratches and swirl marks to disappear when exposed to heat. This keeps headlights looking clean and well-maintained over time.

The TPU base provides strong impact resistance and high elasticity, enabling the film to absorb minor impacts and conform easily to curved surfaces such as modern headlight designs.

With elongation of up to ~350%, the material adapts effortlessly to complex shapes without tearing. The optimized adhesive layer ensures secure bonding while allowing controlled repositioning during installation.

The film is engineered to resist UV degradation, preventing discoloration and maintaining a consistent smoked appearance over long-term use.
