The Customer - the person purchasing goods offered by the Online Shop.
Online Shop / Shop - online service available at www.teckwrap.eu, through which the Customer can purchase goods from the Seller.
Goods - movable goods, offered for sale in the Online Shop, which may be the subject of a sales contract.
Rules - the present rules of the Online Shop.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Purchases made in the Online Shop under the Internet domain www.teckwrap.eu are made by TeckWrap Europe sp. z o.o., whose registered office is in Poland, HRB: PL0001038482, at the address Płowiecka 51, 05-501 Warsaw, tel: +48 796 77 77 33, email: orders@teckwrap.eu
The photos of the goods are displayed on the Online Shop site by way of example and are used to present specific film models.
For the order of goods in the Online Shop to be effective, the Customer must provide accurate and truthful contact details as well as a telephone number or e-mail address enabling the Seller to contact him.
Acceptance of the provisions of these regulations occurs when the order is placed.

SALE OF GOODS

The object of the transaction is the sale of the goods listed in the offer presented on the www.teckwrap.eu website.
All goods offered are new.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payments are handled by Stripe.
All prices indicated in the shop are in euros and are net prices for companies with an intra-Community VAT number. If you do not have an EU VAT number, VAT will be added to your shopping basket.
Payments for goods purchased in the Shop by the Customer, as well as for delivery costs and other services, are made using the payment tools made available in the Shop and in accordance with the terms and conditions defined by the Seller.
The Customer has the following payment options:
- payment by credit card
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Klarna
The Customer purchases goods and orders services at the prices of the goods and the equivalent delivery costs in force at the time the order is placed.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

To place an order, the Customer must:
1.1. select the goods ordered;
1.2. enter all the necessary details.
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase of goods bought in the shop (cancel the contract) without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending a written declaration of cancellation of the contract to the company's address. The customer is obliged to return the goods purchased, and packaged. In the event that the TeckWrap Europe team considers that the returned package is not in new condition, reimbursement will not be possible. In the event of cancellation by the customer without giving any reason, the seller will not be responsible for the return costs. The returned product, together with the returns form and proof of purchase, must be sent to the following address:

The returned product must be in its original condition. It must not be damaged in any way. Failure to comply with these recommendations shall constitute grounds for refusing the return.
The cancellation form is available on the shop's website www.teckwrap.eu and is an appendix to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland of 2014, No. 827).
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the products in the event of termination of the contract or return of the goods. The return costs are equivalent to those of the postal carrier or another carrier chosen by the customer.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the contract. Compliance with this time limit is deemed to have been met as soon as the goods have been sent before the end of this period. 

CLAIMS

The seller is obliged to supply faultless products. The seller's liability towards the customer is regulated by the legislation in force, in particular by the Civil Code.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland of 2014, No. 827). If the packaging appears damaged (for example, if it is damaged or cut), the customer may refuse to receive the order and report this condition to the carrier. He must obtain written confirmation of his refusal in relation to the condition of the packaging. The TeckWrap shop cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events over which it has no influence and which have prevented or made difficult the execution of the contract (fire, flood, etc.).
Complaints must be sent by e-mail to orders@teckwrap.eu as soon as it is established that the product does not comply with the contract. In the title of the e-mail, please indicate "CLAIM" and the order number, together with a description of the complaint.
In the event of a justified and accepted complaint, the rules legislation in force will be applied. At the customer's request and with the seller's agreement, it is also possible to replace the product claimed with another product available in the shop. In this case, if the price of the new product is higher than the price of the returned product, the customer must pay the price difference. If the price of the new product is lower than the price of the returned product, the difference in price will be refunded to the customer. In the case of payment by bank card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment.
Complaints concerning the difference in colour or shade between the products ordered and those received due to the customer's display settings, in particular the difference in colour and shade, do not constitute grounds for complaint or return of goods.
The shop will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.
All claims are processed within 14 days of receipt.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company TeckWrap Europe sp. z o.o. is responsible for processing customers' personal data and has its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Płowiecka 51, 05-501 Warsaw, tel: +48 796 77 77 33,, e-mail: orders@teckwrap.eu Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 2 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties not connected with the activity of the TeckWrap shop and shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling and processing customer orders, as well as for direct advertising of the data administrator's services and products. Information on the customer's delivery address, contact telephone number and e-mail address is forwarded to electronic payment service providers for contract processing or to delivery service providers for the delivery of ordered products.
Customers have the right to consult their personal data, correct it, modify it, check it and request that it no longer be used.

TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS

The seller is not responsible for the absence of access to the online shop due to circumstances beyond its control.
The seller reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the online shop for reasons of technical maintenance, conservation work or improving the functionality of the shop. However, the seller undertakes to do its utmost to ensure that these interruptions take place at night and last as short a time as possible.

CONSUMER MEDIATION AND ACCESS TO OUT-OF-COURT PROCEDURES

Detailed information on the means of resolving disputes outside the courts and on access to these procedures is available at the premises and on the websites of the County Consumer Ombudsmen, the social organisations responsible for consumer protection, the Regional Inspectors of the Commercial Inspectorate and the Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers.
The customer has the right to appeal to the Permanent Consumer Court.
The customer may obtain free assistance in resolving a dispute by applying to the County Consumer Ombudsman or to a social organisation responsible for consumer protection.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In cases not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland of 2014, No. 827) shall apply.
Placing an order implies acceptance of the storage and processing of personal data contained in the order in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
